A-G-A-I-N!!!!

So Kevin calls me at work today and tells me that his old boss has appealed AGAIN!!!! Why can't this guy just let Kevin alone? There's really no way that he can win...the judge spelled that out last time, but his old boss just can't let go. So we have to wait AGAIN for the decision with from the appeal board. Kevin's old boss wants ANOTHER hearing so he can state his case, but he had his chance the first time around and he blew it. We just want to move on with our life!!!!
